Congratulations to Denis Felikson
On October 12, 2022, at the annual Earth Sciences Division's Hydrosphere, Biosphere and Geophysics Peer Awards Ceremony at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, Denis Felikson (615/MSU) received a Peer Award in Scientific Achievement: "For Being A Champion of Open Sea Level Science."
Dr. Felikson was nominated for his "skill in leadership while leading the Earth Information System Sea Level Change pilot study last summer/fall, paving the way for the future of how we as a community do sea level science. [He was nominated] for his excellence in EIS leadership, building a novel community tool, and finding the solutions to this challenging EIS jigsaw puzzle that draws from so many different communities!"
