Shuman's image used in Washington Post article

An image from Christopher Shuman (615/UMBC) of the Conger/Glenzer ice shelf prior to a substantial collapse in East Antarctica was used in a recent Washington Post article, titled "Antarctic temperatures soar 50 degrees above norm in long-lasting heat wave." East Antarctica is experiencing an historic heat wave. The article discusses what is causing the heat wave and the effect it is having on weather in the Southern Hemisphere.
