Zhang's proposal awarded funding from NSF
Zhibo Zhang, UMBC Physics Professor and Senior Research Scientist in GESTAR II, recently was awarded funding for a three-year grant from NSF. The research will focus on dust and pollution and its combined effect on the atmosphere and climate. Dr. Zhang attributes part of the successful selection to the contributions from his team of students, prior and present. Check out this UMBC feature to learn more!
